Have you ever felt alone? Feeling alone means being sad or lonely. It is like you are not welcomed in a place or with people. In the past few years, with my mother and grandmother passing away, I have felt alone. I felt like no one liked me. What did I do? I got involved in clubs at school which required me to meet and talk to people. The clubs were Student Government and being on the Yearbook Staff. After joining these clubs, I met people and made friends while doing service projects for Student Government and taking pictures for Yearbook. I gained interest and I felt like I was not alone. I felt welcomed.

So, if you ever feel alone or not welcomed get involved in things that are going on in your community or school. You will meet new people and feel welcomed.
