Swimming is an essential skill that babies need to learn when they are as small as 6 months old. To send your baby to swimming classes do not get tempted to buy baby swimwear that looks cute and has adorable designs printed all over it. The dress that you wear should be cute, but you need to give more attention to safety and comfort. Therefore, the swimwear that you choose for your baby should be comfortable, and at the same time stylish.

When babies learn swimming, they get used to an environment that is good for their physical and mental health. They also get an opportunity to do their cute baby swimwear and show off. There is a multitude of designs of baby swimsuits available out there to choose from. What is most important is that your baby swimsuit should be comfortable to wear and should have some safety level too in it. To help you make the right selection, here are a few suggestions that you must follow:

  1. Fitting: One of the most important things you must consider while choosing a baby swimwear is the fitting Swimsuit that is too tight for your baby's body, it can make them uncomfortable and even give them a skin rash on the elastic area. On the other hand, if the swimsuit is too big for them, it can hinder their movements in the water, thereby making it difficult for them to master the skill. Prefer regular straps over tie-up straps or halter style straps for girls, as they dig into their skin and cause extreme discomfort. For boys, longer shorts that hang above their knees tend to be better fitting than swim trunks.
  2. Material: While choosing a baby swimwear, give special attention to its fabric and material. When the child has skin sensitivity, the material of the swimwear that you choose should be soft enough to be comfortable. Make sure that the material is soft and skin-friendly. This is to make sure it not only stays comfortable on your child's body but also prevents their skin from getting a rash. Swimwear made up of Lycra and Spandex are better options for regular water-filled activities, as they dry quickly and stay easy on the baby's delicate skin.
  3. UV Protection: All kids who enter the outdoor waters are at risk of sun exposure. Their skin is sensitive and is more susceptible to the harmful UV rays' effects of the sun. While 2-piece girl swimsuits and short boys' trunks look stylish and cute, they do not provide full coverage to their skin and expose it to the sun. Make sure that the baby swimwear that you choose is specifically designed to offer UV protection to your baby's body. Fully covering swimsuits minimize UV rays' penetration and affect your baby's delicate skin.
  4. Diaper Friendly: The baby is too small and is not, yet toilet trained, then look for a swimsuit that allows you to change the diapers easily and conveniently. This will avoid unwanted incidents inside the pool and keep the child safe and comfortable. Some swimsuits even have an integrated nappy, so that nothing leaks while they spend several hours in the pool.

As a parent, you would want your baby to look best in their swimsuit. Now with so many styles and cuts to choose from, you may find it hard to resist buying something trendy. Whichever baby swimwear you select, make sure that it best suits your baby's shape, size, safety level, and comfort requirements. Only then it will serve the purpose of buying a swimsuit and learning the new skill.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
