Adderall, the go to test-taking drug. After doing some extensive research on Adderall as well as asking a couple of compatriots whom actively take Adderall, I thought I’d just create a very brief exposé on the matter. Adderall comes in a variety of doses, the one that I’d like to hone in is one of the stronger doses. Adderall XR is a 30mg Adderall capsule. Just as any drug, there are a couple precautions to be had when taking Adderall. These precautions are, but are not limited to, the following from an experienced and moderate prescribed user of Adderall.

1. Don't abuse Adderall XR for a long, long time.

2. No matter how painful it may be, force yourself to eat as much as you can.

3. Stay away from other stimulants, including caffeine.

4. Try to get your hands on some "Benzos", preferably something like Klonopin (Clonazepam), to help you calm down.

5. Take a break from taking Adderall whenever you can or at the very least, on weekends.

6. Take your blood pressure from time to time at Stop & Shop or wherever.

7. Find a chelated magnesium supplement to take daily to avoid some of the twitching, teeth-grinding, and tolerance to the amphetamines. (You may need to visit a health food store for this.)

8. And again, I cannot emphasize this enough, do not abuse Adderall XR for too long. It will catch up with you, and you will not be happy (Verso, Bluelight.org)

According to the forum that I was using that discussed Adderall prominently and extensively, it can be consumed in two ways; the first being orally and the second being snorted nasally after crushing the pills into a powder. The interesting thing about the second method of consumption is that because according to some of the accounts that vie read, is that snorting Adderall gives a much more intense “high”. This is due to fact that is the fastest way to get Adderall in the blood stream due to the fact that it can’t be smoked. And the science behind it is basically when you snort the Adderall it goes to the back of your nose and gets absorbed by the nasal cavity, which in turn, carries it to the heart, which then pumps it to the lungs where it gets oxygenated and then sent back to the heart to be pumped into the bloodstream. It’s the same logic as Cocaine by basis. What a lot of people don’t know, however, is the Adderall is an Acetametaphine, and you can’t spell Acetametaphine without metaphine and this is the same technical chemical compound as Methamphetamine, making Adderall highly addictive, and if overdosed upon, can cause hallucinations. What Adderall does to the body, physically, is increases focus. This is the reason it is prescribed to those afflicted with ADHD ( Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) to increase the attention span of the individual. But the effects are basically doubled when taken by an individual who is not diagnosed with the disorder. Side effects include irregular heartbeat, increased blood pressure, anxiety, paranoia, headache, psychosis, and depression (http://www.medicaldaily.com, Dec 11, 2014 09:00 AM ,Anthony Rivas). So, to all my collegiate colleagues, consider the copious cutbacks that correlate with the constant consumption of Adderall.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
