As the election is tomorrow, I thought I would share my thoughts on my not so favorite candidate, Donald Trump. My reasons for disliking Trump have very little to do with the fact that he identifies as a Republican, because even though I am a Democrat, I do not blatantly hate opposing candidates just because I don't agree with their political views. I dislike Donald Trump for much more legitimate reasons. This whole election has created hate in the hearts of too many Americans and strong support for candidates who may not be deserving of said support.

Donald Trump lacks everything I would ever want to see in a president. He is rude, crass, aggressive, insulting, misogynistic, ill-tempered, and overall just not a good person. He has been accused of assault, he constantly makes offensive and sexist comments about women, he tweets angrily at people who hurt his feelings like a 14-year-old would, and he cannot control himself in any situation that makes him unhappy. He lies, accuses others of lying when they don't say what he'd like to hear, and treats people as if they are far below him

I urge you not to vote for Trump. I understand he is the leading Republican candidate and I understand that electing Hillary could mean a potential new election in the Supreme Court of a Democratic candidate, and I know you may not trust Hillary or agree with what she's saying, and I know you may despise the fact that another Democrat could potentially take office. I understand your fears. But none of them, not a single one, is a reason to vote for Trump. He is not a politician, he lacks the qualifications and prior job experience as any sort of politician, and he's not a good person!!!!!! Would you, as a woman, like to be told that you could be grabbed by the pu*** by a man? No of course not, it's extremely demeaning. So why do you just brush off that the man RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT has said that statement, among with many others, as just simply "locker room talk?" Locker room talk is not something I want my next president to be known for. Sexism, bad temper, and blatant hatred is not something I want anyone to be subjected to, much less from our president.

When I have children (a while from now of course) I don't want them to see Donald Trump's behavior and think it's an acceptable way to act towards women or people in general. Sexism is not okay. Throwing a temper tantrum everything something doesn't go your way is not okay.

Stop making excuses for a bad man just because he is the only Republican candidate left.

Do you want your daughters, your sisters, your mothers, your wives to feel demeaned every time their new president talks? That's what will happen if Trump is president.

Please do not buy into his bull**** that "no one loves women better than he does." He is lying.

PLEASE RETHINK YOUR VOTE.

And most importantly, please please please please vote.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
