Disney is more than just a magical place. It has built up many aspects of most people's childhoods. Many of the films created by this great company taught us lessons early on and gave us characters that we still love today. Even if you are in your 30's or 40's, you still have a favorite Disney film and characters. It seems as though most Disney items are aimed at children, but that is where you are wrong. Disney has many items for adults that can be used in our everyday lives while maintaining a grown-up feel. I put together a list of a few things that I find classy for use in an adult lives.

1. Vera Bradley Disney Purse Collections

These purses are stylish and add a little flair of Mickey to your everyday. Little Mickey heads or even Mickey himself are hidden within the patterns of these bags to add just enough Disney magic.

2. Pandora Charm Bracelets

I myself have a Pandora bracelet and love the fact that I am able to pick charms that help tell my life story in a classy way. Each charm is specific and unique in its own way. Disney parks have their own collection with the company and I own three from the collection myself. I love the little bit of Disney I can add to my everyday. Other Disney favorites are included in the collection such as Snow White and Frozen.

3. Dooney & Bourke Purses

These classic leather bags can add magic to all aspects of your everyday run around. Besides Mickey and Minnie, their collection includes Star Wars and Disney rides like the Haunted House. My personal favorite from the collection is The Nightmare Before Christmas set of bags. There is a wide selection of sizes and styles to choose from.

4. Alex and Ani Bracelets

These stackable collectible bracelets come in bangles styles that will add a little pop of your favorite Disney character or park attraction. Things such as the Animal Kingdom or Cinderella's Castle can be found on these unique bracelets dangle charms. Star Wars again makes an appearance in this classy fashion brand allowing nerdier fans to show off their love in style.

5. Loungefly Bags

This collection of bags can be found not only on the Disney grounds but in many shops, including Hot Topic. Many designs and options can be found on their website. I personally have an Alice in Wonderland purse from the Hot Topic collection and I love it. It allows me to show off my love while still being an adult. I get so many compliments about it being a very classy bag. There are many options to choose from, so check it out and add some class to your childhood love. (My new personal favorite is the Minnie Mouse shaped purse shown above).

6. Lauren Conrad for Kohl's

I am personally in love with this collection. It is such a stylish, subtle way to add girly Disney to your life — an original Cinderella and Bambi collection was followed up by Minnie and Alice in Wonderland. The outfits themselves are so well put together and can be worn for many occasions. I personally have two pieces from the Bambi collection and I have worn both of them for dressy or casual events. The collection is available online or at Kohl's stores.

7. The Disney Store

The last and final suggestion I have for finding great Disney items is the Disney Store itself. We all wish we could just take a shopping trip to a Disney park, but we aren't all that lucky. The online store provides tons of options as well as many of the ones I have talked about above.

I hope you enjoy adding a little magic into your everyday life as an adult.

You are never too old for Disney.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
