Over this past year I've begun to discover who I am as a person and what I want out of life. I've discovered, that for me, the key to happiness is a acceptance. Perfection, the act of perfecting or the state or quality of being perfect, is something that I have always strived for but, whose to say what the word perfect actually means? The media portrays women in this "perfect" light, we're supposed to look and portray ourselves in a particular way and while on this path of self-discovery I've decided to stop trying to be the world's idea of "perfect" and become my own. Along the way I've learned a few things.
1. Accept the things you cannot change and embrace those things that have the capabilities to be changed.
2. Do what makes you happy regardless of what others think.
3. Stop being so critical of yourself and be confident.
4. Love yourself.
Lastly, stay happy, stay positive, be wild, free and a little reckless because why not take advantage of this crazy thing we call life?
