Dear Sister,

Thank you for being the person you are. You are truly my hero. I never knew it was possible to love someone so much, until you were born. You were our miracle baby, but what is more amazing is the impact you have continued to make on me every single day. I hope that one day I can be the kind of person that you are. Because of you, my life is what it is.

You stand strong in your values. I have never met anyone more sure of what is right and wrong. You are constantly standing up for what you believe in and never backing down. You make me want to be more steadfast in my beliefs, and you always inspire me to be the best person I can be.

You make me laugh harder than I knew possible. I know that anytime I have a bad day all I have to do is spend time with you. Your laughter is so genuine, and your smile lights up the entire room. You have this way of making everyone around you happy, and I hope that you know I will always be here to cheer you up the way you are always here for me.

You are so beautiful. You are such a pretty girl, inside and out. Your soul and smile are so beautiful, and I’ve loved watching you grow up. It’s bittersweet every time you post a selfie, because it is really hard to let you grow up and become the young lady you are, but I am also so proud to call you my sister.

You are my whole world. I know I don’t tell you this enough, but you are the most important person in my life. I am who I am because you are who you are. I will always be here for you. I promise to be you cheerleader, your chef and your chauffeur. I promise to support everything you do. I promise to always be here, because you are always there for me.

You are my hero. That sounds cheesy, but honestly, you are the person I look up to the most. Whenever someone asks me who I want to be like, I say “my sister.” You are the image of grace and godliness. You are always there for me. You are the reason I am who I am today.

I love you forever; don’t forget that. I can’t wait to see where this life takes you, sister.
