Summer is the time to mellow out and try to catch up on all the you time you lost through out the school year. But, if your mind isn’t letting you and It’s constantly thinking about everything. Then it leads into worrying and the stresses from the worrying overpower one another. It’s a never ending cycle.

If the above is you then you need to let yourself RELAX. The magically five letter word, RELAX. Summer time is the only time to fully de-stress from the school year and bulk up for the upcoming one. It's the time to really focus on you.

Take a bath. Go for a run or make your favorite foods as often as you want! Whatever you find to be relaxing, than do it as often as you see fit. If it's a glass a wine a night than buy yourself a few bottles of wine. WHO CARES!

Worrying is a waste of time and if you catch yourself in the same cycle as you were in during school, you need to check yourself. Same cycles tend to lead to worse behavior and thinking patterns. Positive thinking is habit is a process that is practiced.

Enjoy the sun and live in the moment. Worrying arises when the thoughts of the future begin to be barreled into the mind. Happy thoughts are a happy life.

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
