7 Signs It's Time to Go Back To Disney!

Disney became a part of you when you were young. For hours, you would sit and watch countless movies. Movies where good and love would win. You fell in love with characters and with the brand. Your room became filled with every single "Toy Story" doll and our closets were filled with the classic princess dresses.

We all wished that we could own glass slippers, but we knew that our clonky plastic ones would have to do, so we wore them everywhere. You dreamed of having fins and our dreams of being a princess never went away. One day your parents decided to turn our dreams into reality and they took us to a Disney theme park. In the moment you were overwhelmed, you had no idea that a place could be so magical. With each visit, you fell more and more in love with not only the characters but the amazing ideas of the imagineers. You fell in love with the food, the rides, the parades, the fireworks. Once you have left and Disney starts to feel more like a memory, there are a few signs that you need to go back.

1. You get ready for work by singing Heigh Ho!

The world has started to feel dull. You either go to work or school every day and wish that magic was real in the world. Yeah, a job in the business field might be "exciting," but you are craving the feeling of adventure and wonder. Singing "Heigh Ho" makes the morning duties a little less dull.

2. You crave Dole Whip and Gastons cinnamon rolls.

You have tried everything and nothing will suffice. Pillsbury will no longer do the trick and you have realized that it is either time to hop in a car or hop on a plane so you can fill your Disney food voids.

3. Disney movies are not enough anymore.

I mean a Disney movies are always wonderful. But there comes a point in time when you feel that you need to return to the parks to meet your favorite character. It is always great to watch and sing with say, Rapunzel on screen, but meeting that feisty little lady in person is so much better!

4. You have dreams that you are on Tower of Terror.

Some of us do not see this creepy tower as a nightmare, for many people it is their favorite ride. If you have started having dreams that you are on one of your favorite Disney rides, it is a clear sign that it is time to return home!

5. You talk about Disney constantly.

Your friends have become annoyed with your constant Disney conversations. You either talk about your favorite memories or your favorite part of Wishes. Your friends are tired of you posting pictures and they do not understand your obsession. This is a major sign that you need to go back to Disney to spend time with all of the other Disney lovers on the planet!

6. You stare at pictures of the castle for hours.

For some people, especially people who have done a college program, the castle symbolizes home. A picture is nice, but walking up and seeing that beautiful castle is the most wonderful feeling in the world. It can turn a bad day into good, a horrible day into the most perfect. It symbolizes hope and dreams. Sometimes we just need to leave our day to day lives to return home.

7. You spend hours creeping on Disney character performer accounts.

You have your favorites of course! But some days you are on a mission to find new character performers or new Disney accounts. Looking at pictures of Festival of Fantasy or of Snow makes you melt. You fall into a pit of sadness, because even though you can see moments of time at the most wonderful place on earth, you aren't there. Looking at these pictures make you realize that it is time to book another trip, it's time to go home!

These are all signs that it is time to go back to Disney! Take a few days off of work, be spontaneous and go! Disney is always there waiting for you. Stop staring at pictures on your phone, go make new memories, go explore!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
