It's amusing how easily conversations develop and progress. One minute you're talking about grilled Chick-Fil-A nuggets and the next minute you're talking about how thermonuclear bombs area made. Conversations have the widest variety because you can literally talk about everything; you could talk about conversations in a conversation. The possibilities are endless and so are the conversations. Many people have the same conversation topics, but I doubt that anyone has ever had the same conversation progression.
Conversation progression would basically be the topics that the conversation hit one after the other. From beginning to end, it is never the same conversation. And that's what I love the most about humanity: our minds are so complex that we pick up certain parts of a conversation and directly associate those with another topic, some more easily than others. That's when ADHD comes in handy for some people, making those connections. You hear that all the time throughout life and it relates to everything. Connections are everything from finding a job to finding an employee. It's everywhere in life and if you have the ability to make quick connections, life will become much easier in many aspects. As you live your life, maybe try keeping a note on your phone that keeps track of your beginning and end topics on long conversations. Some of the ones you write down will probably be questionable and weird/freaky, but I trust y'all not to share those with the uninformed.
As weird as your conversations may be, at least you know that no one will have solid evidence on you for saying something. That's where texting fails. People have evidence and there's no erasing it. The only way someone can hold evidence against you for something that you've said is if they record it. That's the power of holding conversations.
If you're still reading this, I truly appreciate you and I'm your biggest fan. I'm more of a fan than your ceiling fan. That's how much I appreciate you reading this. I hope you actually enjoy reading my artwork that I spend numerous hours on. Without you, this wouldn't be possible.
As I was saying, conversations take different paths each time you talk about a topic. You could bring up the same topic with 10 different people, and I would argue that at least five of the conversations would turn completely different ways simply because of how everyone has a unique mind.
Conversing in groups is where it all gets interesting because there are more minds to haggle the given topic. And when there are more minds, topics seem to change quicker because there's always that one guy who skips half of the conversation to hit another topic that he thought of while talking about the initial topic. It's seems like every week you hear “great minds think alike." If great minds think alike and group conversations change so easily because of one person's mind, is only that one person great? Or is it the other way around; the person who changed the topic is the one who is not so great because the other two minds were still on the same page?
My conclusion is that some old proverbs made that saying to confuse the future generation. But I guess whatever the consensus thinks is what the “great" opinion is.
Thank you, I'm KJ Leu and I'll be here until I get fired or quit. Have a great day, and be glad that you have another.
