Chicago, Il. -- Following the ugly events that occurred Friday at a Donald Trump rally in Chicago, Trump openly admitted that he thought the 2016 race for the White House was a new NBC spinoff of “The Apprentice.” “Many people have approached me recently and have asked ‘“Donald, do you know what you’re doing?”’ Trump explained as he addressed the media earlier today. “It’s a great question. But the answer came to me only after what happened on Friday in Chicago: no. I thought this was a spinoff of “The Apprentice” until a protester shouted otherwise.”

Doubtless, this revelation has millions across the nation fuming. However, as you’ll recall, this is not the first time that a bombshell of this magnitude or variety has been dropped in this election season. Earlier this month, fellow Republican candidate Marco Rubio confessed he thought he had accidentally wandered off the set of ABC’s “The Bachelor” upon entering the presidential race.

Furthermore, The Donald, confused though he may be, drew both a wealth of support as well as an abundance of revulsion from what he has since dubbed “The GOP Apprentice.” Trump has since announced that as a result of political support from “GOP Apprentice” viewers he described as “so stuck in the 1860’s, I was amazed they watched television,” he will continue his bid for presidency. When asked to provide an instance that reinforced his belief that he was hosting another reality show, Trump cited several. “Well, that is a great question. I understand why you would ask. Take Jeb Bush, for example. The guy didn’t have enough passion and he lacked the ability to take criticism. I knew that there was no way he would be able to control a stake in my company and be a successful businessman.” “As for others,” Trump continued, “Carly Fiorina would never make it in the real-estate business. She was too mean and she hurt my feelings. No wonder she and Jeb were so visibly annoyed when I forced them into a boardroom meeting and told them they were fired.”

Despite Trump’s recent comments many are still looking for a more pragmatic explanation as to how someone could really think they were in a reality show and how one could cause so much chaos. After extensive research, experts are reaching the consensus that Trump is currently suffering from a condition known as “self-absorption.” Trump hasn’t been this confused since he made his cameo in “Home Alone 2” in 1992, stating “I honestly thought that little kid was lost in New York without his parents and I was busy, so I decided he wasn’t worth my time.”

Moreover, as the race for the White House continues to heat up, one can and should expect more incidents like that of Trump’s to be seen in the upcoming months.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
