Ever have those days when you just want to blast off to a galaxy far, far away and exile yourself on a swamp planet for the unforeseeable future? Grand Master Yoda sure does. In fact, he did just that after facing quite a substantial bit of angst. (Don't worry, I'm skipping over the Order 66 debate.)
Y'know who else faces a lot of angst these days? College students. As a result, it seems that Yoda can feel our struggles through the Force. He's so #relatable.
To prove it, here are 17 ways in which Yoda understands the daily challenges of college students everywhere.
17. When your professor assigns a paper due the next class.
16. ...And that class is your 8 a.m.
15. When you get an exam back and you didn't do so well.
14. When you don't know if you're getting into that class you need next semester.
13. When someone asks you why you're not wearing makeup today.
12. When you just need to accept that the water is brown.
That one was Wheaton specific. Shoutout to the Senate for passing a bill to fix the problem, though!
11. When you're working on a group project and you're not really pulling your weight.
Sometimes no one can match that occasional burst of Skywalker work ethic.
10. When room selection rolls around and there's only one single left on upper campus.
9. When your friend gets called on in class without having raised their hand.
8. When you're walking to class in the winter and there's ice everywhere.
7. When it's 3 a.m., but you still have to finish writing a paper.
6. When you're trying to get your friends to go out with you.
5. When a first year student says that they're not tired of the food in the dining hall.
4. When you keep reverting back to the basic five-paragraph essay.
Actually, this applies to most conditioning from high school.
3. When you're clawing your way through finals week.

2. When you're trying really hard on a long exam, but then you realize that you only have 10 minutes left to finish.
1. How you feel when you get a B for the class when you know you deserved an A.
So you see? Yoda is basically a college student. After all, he may be one of the greatest Jedi Masters who ever lived, but he still has his share of struggles. He is one of us in spirit.
