Between academics and pastimes, it's easy to get stressed out and overwhelmed in in the college years. Teresa Giudice went to jail, and it's pretty much the same thing as attending mandatory study hours. College is never easy, and the Real Housewives feel your pain. Here's 30 times you and the New Jersey queens were one:

When your professor moves from the syllabus to a lecture on the first day of classes...

And makes you take notes:

"Attendance is mandatory."

When you volunteer to be the sober friend...

And you instantly regret your decision:

When your professor tries to insert their personal opinion into every lecture:

Signing up for intramurals, pretending like you know what you're doing:

When your professor keeps telling you there will be extra credit, but you know they'll never give it:

"A 89.9 is still a B."

When you try to sound smart in front of your professors:

When you lose your friends at a party...

Only to find them passed out:

When your alarm goes off for your 9 am:

When your professor is late but proceeds to take their time before they begin teaching like you haven't been waiting:

When you're trying to get ready to go out, but your friends keep distracting you:

Getting creative when you're broke:

When you're venting to your friend about your roommate, but then the roommate in question walks in:

When class time is over, but your professor continues teaching:

When blackboard keeps sending you emails about updates in your class, but in reality you couldn't care less:

When midterms hit and you start to question your competence level:

When you're sitting in your Thursday morning class, regretting going out on a weekday the night before:

Leaving an exam, fully knowing you just got wrecked:

When you try to downplay the drunken fight you had with your friend at a frat party:

When the cutie who sits next to you in class smiles at you:

When you fail a test and decide to give up on college completely...

But then you remember who you are:

When the dining hall isn't serving what you wanted:

When the professor you've been begging to bump your final grade up a letter actually does it:

When you walk out of your last final for the semester:

And then it's finally summer, and you get a break before having to do the madness all over again:

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
