So much of the first three seasons of "Friends" worked up to and through the "Ross and Rachel Saga," that it's easy to forget that the best couple of the entire show didn't come about until the fifth season. Monica and Chandler, the latter of which is arguably the best character in the entire run of the show, provided viewers with laughter and tears, in a very real and honest way. They were so well matched and far surpassed their other counterparts in terms of relationship perfection. They were undoubtedly the best couple on "Friends," and perhaps any television show ever. Here are instances where Monica and Chandler proved just that.

When Chandler told Monica how he pictured their future
He got it pretty much right.
When Chandler told Monica why he wanted the Swing Kings to play at their wedding
Which then led to......
Monica giving up her wedding dress so she could get the Swing Kings for him
And Chandler's response to seeing her in that dress.
When Monica gets drunk on her birthday
Chandler is great at taking care of her.
When Monica picked him over the new job she really wanted
And when he let her stay in New York to pursue that job instead of coming with him to Oklahoma.
When Phoebe thought she had met Monica's soulmate and freaked Chandler out, and this was Monica's response
Perfect for each other.
When they decided they wanted to have a baby
And our when our hearts broke for them when they couldn't.
When Chandler convinced Erica to let him and Monica adopt her baby
He was finally able to give her the baby she'd always wanted.
When they bought a house together
They showed us that when you're with the right person, things fall into place.
When they got to hold their babies for the first time
And the fact that they got two instead of one, and handled it beautifully.
