Your breathing stops. Time is frozen at a supersonic pace. Do you black out? I think you blacked out. You blacked out.

BLINKING

THE SMELL OF GAS

STATIC RADIO

You pull the keys and can't see out of the coffee splattered window.

TASTE OF BLOOD maybe?

How do you get out of the car?

CRANK, TWIST, SHOVE.

You got out of the car.

TUMBLING

GRASS

BREATH. LIFE.

Warm blankets. Sirens. Calling. Mom. Panick subsided into shock. You are alive. You are alive? You are alive.

I.V. SHIVERS.

Figuring it out. Casting Blame. Money weight. Figured out. Moving forward.

NUMBING PAINKILLERS.

Shakey moments. Stiff neck. PTSD? know. Gripping seatbelts each and every time you enter the car.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
