The experience is all too surreal as you just try to decipher and organize jumbled thoughts in your head all while stressing out. It's very common nowadays with all the hectic-ness and fast-paced environments we surround ourselves in which makes it all the more crucial to keep at bay as much as possible. Often times, people with anxiety feel as if they are a sort of parasite to society which at times keeps them from excelling further in life. Although there are obvious setbacks, there are many factors that can demonstrate an advantage to the persons affected.
