You are the ones I go to when I’m sad, when I’m happy, when I’m confused, and every emotion in between. You’re the shoulder I run to when I’m upset and the one I want to tell all of my happy moments to. Growing up “one of the guys” doesn’t always seem like the best thing.. But to me.. It is. I don’t have siblings of my own, so when you guys came into my life, you immediately became family. I know you guys will always have my back, just like I’ll always have yours. So from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for everything. I know I will never be able to tell you just how important to me you are.. But here’s a start.

1. Thank you for showing me how men should treat a woman, and not letting any man show me incorrectly.

2. Thank you for looking out for me.. Even when you get a little too overprotective.

3. Thank you for pushing me around the way you do.

4. Thank you for showing me how a guy's mind works.. Without you guys, I would be clueless.

5. Thank you for telling me 107 times that I look good, and should “go flirt with that guy”.. Even when you know I won’t.

6. Thank you for every “ wow, I didn’t know you could look/dress like that”.

7.Thank you for letting me cry to you.. I know it can get annoying telling me the same things over and over again.. But thank you for always reminding me.

8.Thank you for proving that all men are not the same.

9.Thank you for always telling me the truth...no matter how harsh it may be.

10.Thank you for actually asking me for advice. No matter what it is about, girls, fashion (yikes), dating, school, gift ideas… when you ask, it makes me feel needed.

11. Thanks for wrestling with me, and fighting with me. Being one of the boys is fun sometimes.

12. Thank you for loving me unconditionally. I will forever cherish every moment I get to spend with you. Even when you’re picking on me… Those are the moments I will remember forever.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
