Any fashion-lover or bride-to-be knows the Caroline Herreras, Vera Wangs, and Oscar De la Renta's of the wedding dress designer world. Personally, marriage has not been something I've seriously considered, but as a lover of formal wear ever since I swooned after red carpet shows as a kid, I've always looked for an excuse to wear a big, long dress.

Though the number of red carpets and church aisles I've been walking have been few and far between, the amount of time I've spent lusting after wedding dresses on social media for their fabrics, embroidery, and gorgeous silhouettes has multiplied over the years.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was).
