Last week I celebrated my 21st birthday. As I prepared for the big day, I realized the amazing number of songs that have to do with birthdays. I had never thought about the importance of the birthday playlist. So to help you out on your next day, enjoy this compilation of the best birthday party songs (or at least ones that have birthday in the title).

1. Traditional Birthday Song, For basically anyone that has ever celebrated a birthday.

2. "Happy Birthday" (Beatles Version), For anyone dreaming of a birthday shout-out on the radio
3. "Birthday" (Katy Perry Version), For the person that thinks every day is their birthday
4. "Birthday" (Selena Gomez Version), For the person that wants everyone to know it's their birthday
