What a glorious, wonderful, beautiful, incredible, perfect Iron Bowl Saturday that occurred on November 25, 2017. Even without that sweet win, a day surrounded by the Auburn family on the Plains is a great day.

1. Swag Surfing.

I'm just going to be honest. This was one of the best moments of my life.

2. Kerryon Johnson's jump pass to Nate Craig-Meyers.

I lost my mind on this play.

3. The little boy that kept getting on the video board and aggressively dabbing.

He was an icon. His dad was obviously very proud also.

4. Dixieland Delight.

So after the win and the rush to the field, they played Dixieland Delight. When the fiddle part was about to come up, the guy standing next to me gave his phone to his friend to video him. He then proceeded to pretend to play the harmonica. I didn't have the heart to tell him that the instrument that was playing was a fiddle.

5. Watching the replay of Alabama's tipped ball to see that it was an incomplete pass.

Excitement. Relief.

6. Jarrett Stidham running the ball in for a touchdown.

Just a nice moment. It was a nice feeling to have that touchdown make it 26-14.

7. Daniel Carlson.

You're appreciated, Daniel. Thank you for all that you do.

8. Jeff Holland's response to Rashaan Evans mimicking his signature bow.

"He ain't me. He can't be me."

9. Our eagle, Spirit, landing in the corner of the end zone instead of midfield.

I don't think that it's a coincidence that he landed right in front of the student section. War Eagle.

10. The whole stadium shouting Kerryon's name.

Kerryon, you have our hearts.

10. The volume of Jordan-Hare Stadium.

My ears are still ringing. My voice is gone. My arm is still cramping from my shaker. I can't even describe the atmosphere.

11. The bushes.

Not much more to say about those.

12. The little girl sitting on her dad's shoulders shouting, "We're #1!"

This was on our way to Toomer's after the win. Best part of game days are the families no doubt. I remember coming to games as a little girl, and it's so sweet to see that same excitement I felt and still feel in their eyes.

13. Getting a hug from Aubie at Toomer's.

Is there anything more Auburn than this moment?

14. Going to eat afterwards.

I hadn't had food or water since the tailgate at around 11:00. Much needed.

15. Watching the highlights over and over.

How many different times have I watched the highlights? When I got back to my dorm after the game, when I woke up on Sunday, when I woke up on Monday, when I woke up on Tuesday, in Biology, before I went to sleep on Tuesday, and a few more times than I can say on Wednesday, etc.

16. The Auburn Family.

Win or lose, there are no words to describe the Auburn Family. There are no words to describe the atmosphere, the love, or the feeling of being in the student section of Jordan-Hare on November 25, 2017. It is an experience that I will never forget. It is an experience that I will tell my kids about. It is an experience that 15-20 years from now, I hope that I will be looking at from the outside in knowing how it felt to be there. It's great to be an Auburn Tiger despite the score of any Iron Bowl because at the core of this, Auburn is about family above all else. War Eagle to that!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
