If you're like me and aren't a huge fan of 1. going to the gym and 2. getting jacked, then these Instagram accounts are just what you need. Most have videos of exercises you can do anywhere, most require no weights, and they don't take very long to finish. They're perfect for getting and staying toned, as well as for motivating you to get up and go each day.
@leanwaistguide
This account has some awesome ab workouts that you can do alone, or that you can add on to another workout. They're very creative, and utilize everything from your kitchen counter to swing sets at the park. It's also awesome because it posts videos from multiple users, whose profiles you can also look at to find even more videos.
@alexajeanfitness
This mom does the majority of her videos right at home with little to no equipment. She also offers different fitness challenges that you can pay to participate in. I haven't tried any, but I think they could very well be worth it.

Tamara has a combination of gym and home workouts that will kick your butt either way. They're not time-consuming, and some can be added to a workout or be done alone. She also posts recipes of the healthy and delicious looking meals she makes.

Most of Tanya's workouts take 15-20 minutes to do. Her HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts are the bomb, and can be done any time and anywhere, because they require no equipment and are quick. (And you'll definitely still break a sweat!)

Home exercises led me to a few of the above accounts, because like @leanwaisteguide, it collects videos from multiple Instagram users and puts them all in one place. The videos they post are of exercises that you can do almost anywhere, and they don't take very long to finish. Plus, it's fun to see all of the creative workouts people come up with!

Not only are all of her videos and pictures taken in the most beautiful places, her workouts are great and her yoga poses are on point. Her TRX workouts are my favorite. But don't worry, she also posts plenty of workouts that require no equipment.
There are plenty of accounts on Instagram that may suit you better; ones for yoga, stretching, and hardcore gym workouts too. The ones above are just a few of my favorites because they suit my needs, but there's something out there for everyone.
Everyone has an extra 15-20 minutes to do these quick and effective exercises. These accounts and these people make it easier for you to get in shape and stay in shape. Go give some of them a try – you won't regret it!
