The Halloween black party continues to grow every year and is now the second biggest black party following Mardi Gras. Every student should experience this at least once by the time they graduate. Athens, Ohio closes down Court Street every year and students swarm in along with fun musicians and bands. Totally worth the road trip.
2. UNC-Chapel Hill

Chapel Hill is the place to be this Halloween weekend. Franklin street is completely closed down and blocked off for students to roam around in their costume of choice with all of their friends. You could be one of the thousands of people partying along the streets.
No matter what day of the week Halloween falls on, this party takes place on October 31st every single year. The festivities do not end there. There are multiple parties elsewhere off campus, or at fraternities. Definitely add this to your college Halloween bucket-list.
3. ASU

A weekend in Temple, AZ has the reputation of being insane to begin with, so why would Halloween be any different? Their warm weather calls for good parties, accompanied with girls in sexy little costumes. ASU would definitely not disappoint. They will leave you wishing you were a Sun Devil too.
4. LSU

LSU takes Halloween to another level. The students love to dress up and party. Even when it is not Halloween weekend LSU knows how to party, so one can only imagine when funny, creative costumes are involved. Usually, LSU has a huge game the weekend of Halloween, but this year they will be getting fired up for the game against Alabama the following weekend.
5. FSU

If you're looking for a fun Halloween weekend, or any weekend for that matter, FSU is the perfect place.
