The Benefits Of Having A ZonaZoo Pass

Sometimes school can be a bit overwhelming and we need a break from books and the library to have a little fun! We workout, watch Netflix, or even spend time with friends in the pool. For those of you sports fans that need a break that is where the ZonaZoo pass comes in!

The ZonaZoo pass allows students at the University of Arizona to go to home sporting events held by the university. When you have a ZonaZoo pass you don't have to pay for sporting events. You save hundreds of dollars and it lasts the entire year! You get to go to as many sporting events as you can for one set cost. With a ZonaZoo pass you can reserve your ticket at basketball games and all seats are first come first serve for football and basketball. No seat is more expensive than others because everyone pays the same amount.

The most popular sports are football, basketball, and baseball. We have some of the best players and coaches in the nation and not only are they great people but fun to watch in action. The atmosphere at all UofA sporting events are amazing and you will always have a great time no matter what sports you are a fan of. You can make new friends at sporting events or even bring friends and family along. All of the games are themed and they give you a chance to be a little weird and dress up as almost anything you want!

Some of the best benefits in my opinion is the free food before basketball or football games at the ZonaZoo tailgates! You get free food and all you have to do is show your cat card. As a struggling college student if you say free food anywhere, I'm all over it. There's a saying that free stuff always tastes the best, that saying is 100% accurate!

At sporting events you have the opportunity to get free spirit wear including t-shirts, socks, hats, sunglasses etc. Who doesn't love free clothes? You can win prizes like signed footballs or basketballs and even cash prizes! Who doesn't love free money? With a ZonaZoo pass you are elgible to win a ticket to the pac-12 tournament in Las Vegas! That will probably be one of the best times of your life. You get to see Basketball players from all over the pac-12 walking around in and even take pictures with some of your favorite UofA players! Sounds to me like the ZonaZoo pass is definitely worth it!

The ZonaZoo pass is not only for sports fans, you can get one just to support your friends that are athletes. If you don't have friends that are athletes you can just go to sporting events with your friends that are sport fanatics! There are endless reasons as to why you should get a ZonaZoo pass and I only stated some of my personal favorite.

Ways you can get a ZonaZoo pass are, online or even at the beginning of the semester when ZonaZoo Crew are allowing people to sign up on the UA mall. You can pay for a pass with your own money or you can bursar it, which ever works best for you! If you decide to get a ZonaZoo pass i guarantee you won't regret it! You'll have an amazing time!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
