Everyone works out for different reasons but you cannot deny that when you work out you notice a change in yourself. There are some mental changes and physical changes that most people notice. I have noticed these five things happen when I start working out.

Working out is super beneficial and here are five reasons why.

Mental Health

I have depression and anxiety. When I work out it all seems less. My anxiety melts away and my depression disappears. This does not happen every time and does not cause the depression and anxiety to completely disappear but it does help me.

Body Looks Amazing

Beach Body!! I get toned and start having abs too!

Getting in Shape

I have never looked overweight, but I do like looking toned and working out helps me feel in shape and get toned.

Feeling Great

I always feel great after a good workout. I have lots of energy and just feel so much better about myself.

Good For Your Health

It is good for your health in the long run and right now. If you work out you will be in physical shape and be in the best shape of your life.

Your body shape is different for everyone! Being skinny is not being healthy or fit. Being healthy and fit is so much better than being skinny.
