So you've booked your first bike at Soulcycle, congrats! Now, I'm sure you had a similar experience as I did.

Here are the 11 stages of your first Soulcycle class:

Friendly staff

The smiles and welcoming aura just begins to make your experience even better.

How do you do the lockers?

I don't even know the combination I want to set up

And I feel bad asking for help, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Let's hope none of the candles get knocked down

Class has begun, let's get to spinning!

My.legs.and.arms.send.help

The seat is hurting my you-know-what

Two words: THE WEIGHTS

Let's not forget the fire playlist and light effects!

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
