Have you ever heard of progression to the mean? Well it means that life has a way of balancing things out. Things cant always be bad at some point things will go back to the middle. So if things have been a little rough for you lately just remember progression to the mean. Know that you are stronger than you think! Be strong now because things will get better. It may be stormy now, but it never rains forever. I know that it sucks now, but things are happening for a reason. It is just a lesson well learned. I am not much of religion talker or however you want to put it, but I do believe that god has a plan for us, it is just our decision on what path that we take. He wouldn't put you through something that you couldn't handle. I was raised in a household where giving up was not an option. Time has a wonderful way of showing us what really matters. If your having a bad day talk to someone about it, I know that I always feel better when I talk to someone about it, no matter if it is my best friend, my mom, my grandmother, or daddy. My dad has a wonderful way of always cheering me up when I am having a bad day. You know he never fails to be their for me, no matter what it is or where. so no matter the day your are having as long as you surround yourself with people that love and care about you is important. You know when life gives you a million reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile. You were given this life because you ARE strong enough to live it. It is going to be difficult, but do not let it get the best of you. You know and sometimes you just have to create your own sunshine. At the end of the day you are still breathing and you got through it. The struggle you are in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow. If you are reading this, then you have SURVIVED up until this point. You survived through traumas, heartbreaks, devastation, and the different phases in your life. And here you are!! Do not let one little bad day ruin your week or your month. Brush it off and live for the next day!
