Meet this week’s Bachelor of the Week: Sigma Phi Epsilon’s very own Parker Olson (Polson). He is originally from Beantown, USA (aka Boston, aka the greatest city in the world), and is majoring in Entrepreneurship and Finance. A fun fact about him? He’s an unofficial orange belt and religiously carries around a water jug that he’s named Betsy.
What’s your perfect first date?
Touring the city by horseback (so I can show off my riding skills), then cooking a new meal that neither of us have tried or cooked before.
Describe your love life in a song lyric:
“Started out slow, cause no matter how much she gets, she wants more.”
What’s your most #frat quality?
For sure my ability to exaggerate HU stories and network.
Describe your perfect girl:
Intelligent, intellectually stimulating, accountable, ambitious, independent, selfless and fit. (Out of my league, I know).
What’s your favorite pick-up line?
“I’ve actually had a crush on you for (period of time since meeting them). (*Soft smile with an embarrassing look and slighty giggle.*) Anyways, I’d love to get coffee sometime if you’re interested?”
What qualifies you to be Bachelor of the Week?
I’ve got really nice lats, and think I am more cultured and interesting than at least 50% of the guys at the U.
What’s your fav part of being a CSOM student?
The fact that I get to wear nice clothes six out of the seven days of the week and have an excuse to act better than everyone else.
Where can girls find you on the weekend?
On the squash courts, partying at the house, or exploring the city.
Describe your first kiss.
I kissed the “it” girl in middle school when I was still in elementary school. I took her behind the movie theatre after seeing "Spiderman" and made the move. It still is one of my most prideful moments to this day.
