Dear friend,
I know it is hard right now. I know you sometimes feel unlovable and disrespected. I know that everything seems to be crumbling down around you. But I promise it will get better.
I hope to be that little voice in the back of your head when you are sad. I hope I can be the reason in your life and give you hope. I hope that I am encouraging and lift you up as much as you do for me. You deserve nothing less than the world and I know that it will all come together and be delivered to you. You are radiant, beautiful and can make anyone smile even when it is their worst day. Now it is your turn to feel that happiness, to feel that kind of love from someone. Whether it be from friends, family, or significant other you deserve someone to return the light you give off every day.
I want to ask you why. Why do you let people walk over you? Why do you allow others to control your happiness? Why do you depend on people to determine your worth? You do not need others for your happiness because you alone are enough. You are more than enough to create your own worth, your own happiness, your own love. There is never a time I believe that you are anything less than perfect because you were made wonderfully.
Another person should never determine how perfectly your pieces fit together. You are worth so much more than waiting for a text on a Friday night or wondering if they are thinking of you. You are better than games and dull conversation. You are deserving of nothing less than the deepest of loves, the kind of love that makes your head spin and your stomach twist. The love you deserve is goodmorning and goodnight texts, calls checking how you did on that test, and surprise flowers at your doorstep.
So stop wasting your time on boys. Stop waiting for them to change. Stop trying to fix them. You deserve a man, a man that will make you the only one they see. He is out there and you do not have to settle for anything less than your "prince charming." That man is looking for a woman like you, he is waiting for the person who you truly are and you are perfect to him. When you find each other it is not hard anymore. The games end, the wondering ends, the heartbreak ends.
Every heartbreak that you go through is just one step closer to finding the one you are meant to be with. No good relationships end, so when one door closes it is just allowing for another to open. So while you wait for the man that will love you the way you deserve focus on you. Take yourself out to dinner, have a girls night, and build yourself up.
While you wait remember that you are already loved by so many people. Your friends, family and yourself will always be by your side. You are loved and always will be. So please do not change for anyone because you are someone that could never be replaced just the way you are. Stay true to who you have become and be proud of who you are now because I love that person and so does everyone around you, and later down the road so will a man. But for now you have you and I would say that is more than enough.
