Just take a second to think about a golden, crispy bagel that just popped out of the toaster. You grab your knife and dip it into your container of cream cheese; but before you can finish spreading the entire bagel you already take a bite out of it because you just can’t wait. Or even better, a freshly frosted, pumpkin spice cupcake with cream cheese frosting. I need to stop with the descriptions before I jump in my car and drive to a place that would provide me with this wonderful gift from the food gods. There’s just something about cream cheese that makes it so IRRESISTIBLE.
