This is the sequel to "7 Almost-Free Things To Do In Manhattan."
Manhattan is debatably an expensive place to live, eat and explore. I am constantly in search of the best and cheapest places to unwind and dine for free. It has not been easy but I found seven more things that are almost free for anyone to enjoy.
1. Explore the galleries in The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Take the person who says that museums are boring to The Met and they will change their mind.
2. Visit the High Line.
You have probably heard your friends talk about this place. You have definitely seen photos of this place and now it is finally time to go and see it in person.
3. Take a free round trip on The Staten Island Ferry.
It is a pretty peaceful ride and you get to see the Statue of Liberty.
4. Walk/jog/bike around the East River Park.
Discover the soothing ambient sounds for yourself.
5. Spend a day at the Hamilton Fish Park Pool.
Comes with a free and natural tan. As well as the option to get wet.
6. Go to the Union Square Greenmarket (Farmers' Market).
Local fresh produce!
7. Discover the beautiful view from Battery Park City.
You get the sickest view from the top of the stairs.
8. Go to the nearest Starbucks.
Get yourself a free cup of water with ice (optional), find a seat and take advantage of the free Wi-Fi.
