To Whom It May Concern,

When school becomes too much, don't let it bring you down. One bad grade, assignment, comment or project isn't going to be the end of the world, I promise. Mistakes happen, whether they be out of our control or not. These are common mistakes. Anyway, here is some more helpful advice.

Please stay positive knowing you still make it to class and turn assignments in. Some people barely go to any of their classes or get any of their school work done. You're amazing for doing your very best every single day; that's what's important. Your motivation to not give up and let yourself fail the class is excellent; I know it is difficult. With all of the effort you put in, there is no chance of failing.

Take a break from worrying about your GPA constantly and relax. Do nothing by yourself or maybe with those friends you're never around anymore. Reserve a couple hours each day to not see what's due tomorrow but instead have some tea and calm down from the stress. Use this time to find a new book to read, a new fire playlist, etc.

Don't be afraid to talk to people more about how you're feeling; they're most likely stressed out, as well. Letting out your emotions is much better instead of letting them fill up into a bottle until it becomes ready to burst. If it's something too personal to be talked about, write it down in a journal or a word document to yourself. Releasing the stress in a fit way should make you feel at least a little better.

Also, don't over exert yourself with fun or homework. Use moderation in these daily activities in order to not feel exhausted. Neither free time or busy work will feel OK if you don't have enough energy. Take breaks when working on anything whenever you start to feel drowsy.

Make sure you're getting sleep every single night. A healthy eight to 10 hours of sleep will make each day painless to take on. It will also let you dream and leave everything behind for a little while.

Be sure to reward yourself for all of your little accomplishments. Make a list of all of the different things you did today. Create a sticky note listing the different qualities and traits you like about yourself.

Guard yourself from negative thoughts attempting to enter your mind. You know deep down they aren't true, even if you sometimes feel as if they are. Let others and yourself remind you of how wonderful you are. Too often you've been hard and critical of yourself. Stop critiquing and start surrounding yourself with positive beliefs.

From, your formerly stressed self.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
