Little,
Firstly, thank you for allowing me to be your mentor. I know that may sound odd, but it truly is an honor that you allowed me to be that person for you. My Big has always been an individual that I've been able to look up too and is not only the "Big" figure but a friend as well. I hope to be this person for you. I want to not only be a mentor and someone for you to come to for advice (though I love when you do) but a friend as well. I'll be there for you whether it's 2 PM on a Tuesday afternoon or 1 AM on a Saturday. I'll be your shoulder to cry on, your hand to hold, and your go-to person to eat copious amounts of unhealthy foods to eat.
Also, I want you to learn from me in one way or another. I've made my fair share of mistakes in college, but these are mistakes I needed to make in order to learn. I hope that you can learn from these too and that if you ever end up in a situation that you may not be the proudest of, I'll be here to pick you up when you're down and help you to learn from it as well.
Thank you Little. Thank you for being my greatest support system and one of the most perfect treasures to find within our sorority. You've truly made my time in this organization as worthwhile as it could possibly be.
You show me how to be a better person, even though I wish I was the mature one in the relationship (my love for weird animals doesn’t help). But I would like to think that you accept me for who I am. Even though you don’t realize it, you are strong. You have so much potential to grow and not let anyone stop you. I bet you have heard it a million times, but the sky is the limit. No, you put that limit on yourself and go far above the sky. I know I am a weird character, but I am honestly happy you and I are Big and Little. You challenge me more every day and keep me on my toes. Honestly, I get nervous around you and wonder if you judge my weird jokes and lack of memory. But you have helped me grow into a better sister and a better Big. My wish for you is that this life becomes all that you want it to be. I know my time here as a collegiate is coming to a close, but that doesn’t mean I won’t be here for you. Hold on tight, darling, because from here on out, we are going to have a good time.
XOXO,
Big
