" I wish I could be stuck in this moment for eternity. Where the sun wouldn't set, the day wouldn't change, my heart would never be broken, I'd never experience loss. I would be surrounded by my own bubble of innocence and oblivion. Forever live out my days in peaceful remembrance of what life once was. Worth living, worth fighting for, worth experiencing the ups and downs. Now reduced to a painted portrait of beauty; utterly fake and pitiful. My eyes tracking the familiar sunset over and over. My breath froze in front of me . My mouth stopped mid sentence. Oh, what a beautiful life I have, or had. This life I'll be forced to continuously see because moving forward would only give me pain. Pain that morphs people into the unthinkable, unforgivable, unlovable, unable to be saved. That pushes you to the point of no return, the point where you're left with no one on your side to battle the demons in your head all by yourself until they win. You are a shell of what you once were, a mindless creature that lurks and decides that others need to experience their pain. This is a war of their own, a battle of emotion, a declaration of help, a shout to the void. Help is what they need, in any shape or form, as simple as a helping hand to pull them out of the trash and into the light away from the darkness that threatens to take over. All they want is a friend."
We all get those random ideas sometimes. They come at the most peculiar times like while you're just in the margins of your notebook during class, showering or even in the middle of the night while your binge watching Supernatural on Netflix; but sometimes we forget to write these ideas down and tend to forget them. This one sentence came to me while I was sitting in homeroom waiting for my professor to start class. I decided to write it down and the rest just poured out of me on the spot. Once the flow started I didn't stop it and this is the result. What started out as a couple words on a piece of paper morphed into something that really makes you think. This piece can be interpreted in so many different ways, that's the beauty of art. The simple action of jotting down your ideas is so beneficial to yourself. It makes you more creative and even relieves stress. Ideas need an outlet of some kind; whether it's your pen to paper, a spray can to a wall or fingers to a keyboard, where ever you store your thoughts, just make sure you have them somewhere because you never know where the ideas will take you.
