Although I'm not perfect, I will donate money when I can to organizations that need it

Although I'm not perfect, I will offer help to someone who needs it even if I have to go out of my way

Although I'm not perfect, I will smile at a stranger even though it may seem weird or awkward, it can make someone’s day.

Although I'm not perfect, I will work hard at my job even on days that I don’t feel like being there

Although I'm not perfect, I will try to keep my room clean as hard as that may be

Although I'm not perfect, I will try to make you laugh even at my own expense

Although I'm not perfect, I will ask how your day went even if I am annoyed with you

Although I'm not perfect, I will occasionally choose the healthy meal

Although I'm not perfect, I will treat myself once in a while (wine and a mani/pedi sound good)

Although I'm not perfect,I will make small talk, even when I don’t want to

Although I'm not perfect, I will text you back as soon as I can

Although I'm not perfect, I will let someone else make the plans sometimes

Although I'm not perfect, I will try to make the best decisions I can after taking everything into consideration

Although I'm not perfect, I will tell you how I feel instead of holding it in

Although I'm not perfect, I will take time for myself no matter how busy I am

Although I'm not perfect, I will let you pick the TV show or movie

Although I'm not perfect, I will eat ice cream and cry with you if that’s what you need

Although I'm not perfect, I will try to not get angry (although sometimes I will)

Although I'm not perfect, I will let you pick the radio station

Although I'm not perfect, I will go to a store that you pick even if I hate it (Home Depot I'm looking at you)

Although I'm not perfect, I will send you an article that I think you would like, or one that reminds me of you

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
