Being a one is a feeling we all know too well. As the year progresses, my schedule seems to get busier as well as those in my surrounding life. I have been finding myself spending a lot of time alone which has always been such a bitter sweet thing for me. Time alone can be refreshing, however, at times my mind starts to wonder into lonely apprehensions. I find myself a bit agitated not being surrounded by others constantly but Don't get me wrong, I do believe it is healthy to have time dedicated to yourself. So what happens when you find yourself spending time with me, myself, and I?
Explore
Take a drive, walk outside, lay in the grass. Have no exact destination but happiness. Explore not only the world around you but explore yourself and your hobbies. Take in your surroundings and the beauty of it will find you.
Relax
There is no harm in taking care of yourself. Take a long bath or even just lounge on the couch with a cup of tea. Take full deep breaths and exhale the darkness in your life.
Be positive
If you think, positive you act positive. Inspire yourself when there is not anyone there to inspire you. Rather than dwelling on yourself and your negativities, talk yourself up and think about the things you are looking forward too in life
Create
There is a creative spark in all of us. Wether you're creating art or cooking yourself a healthy and beautiful meal, constantly think about your creativeness and all the things you can conquer as an individual
Spending time alone can be just the cure you need sometimes. Being by myself grows my comfortably of who I am as an individual. Instead of morning your time alone make time to make it sacred.
