*Don't be scared! There are no spoilers in this article because spoilers are the worst!

Background: This is an awesome story about a vigilante girl who joins up with the Alliance in order to take down the Empire... Is there a better way to start this? If you haven't seen any of the Star Wars movies, you should go watch them. You just won't be able to appreciate it correctly and, quite frankly, every soul alive needs to see them anyway.

So there is your background, and here are your reasons to go see this awesome new movie.

1. It is nonstop action and excitement.

It might not always be in the form of a fight scene, but you can bet you will always be on the edge of your seat.

2. The plot is incredible in every way imaginable.

You learn things as the characters learn them. So it keeps you listening for more information.

3. All of the characters are awesome, and so is their dynamic, sassy addition to this timeless classic saga.

Once you see it, you will know which character I am referring when I say, "sass."

4. It adds even more depth to the original trilogy.

Rogue One is like a blip in the timeline between the first three movies and the original trilogy. Not just a blip, though, but more like a mountain. All I'm saying is it ends where the first one begins.

5. It was raw and real.

You find yourself getting attached to the characters really easily. It is a good representation of sacrificing your talents to a cause greater than yourself.

6. It was serious with added tints of humor.

Serious action movies are great and so are comedies. What makes a movie a killer, however, is a bit of both. Rogue One delivers.

7. Jyn Erso and Captain Cassian.

I know I already talked about the characters, but I must confess that their chemistry was perfectly teasing, but not in-your-face.

8.The irony of the disfunction of the Alliance.

I guess politics has to play out everywhere, even in the face of a Death Star and a rebellion. Oh well.

9. Darth Vader.

If you have already seen Rogue One, you know what I am talking about. Possibly the best scenes Darth has ever had exist in this movie. That's all I'm saying.

No matter if you are the biggest Star Wars fanatic or if you are just trying to pick a movie to go see with your friends, you can't go wrong with this movie! I can't wait to go see it again!

May the force be with you!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
