9 Must-Haves For Music Festivals

Last summer, I attended my first local music festival, Grassroots, in Upstate, NY. This year, I plan on attending a much bigger festival in Montreal, QB called Osheaga.

Coachella is coming up and other summer music festivals are on our minds. Coachella is the music festival that all the A-list celebrities perform at or attend. For the majority of us, we scroll through Instagram "liking" pictures that celebrities post of themselves at Coachella or we watch celebrities' stories on Snapchat showing themselves getting ready and styled for Coachella . A big part of Coachella and other music festivals are the fashions. Every season there are "Who Wore It Best" articles and every year celebrities improve what they are wearing. These outfits are created by stylists and consist of designers most of us cannot afford. How can regular people, like ourselves, possibly keep up?

Because I am so excited for the festival season, I have created 9 must-haves for music festivals. While these styles can be purchased from Forever 21 and other similar stores, instead you should shop at a local Plato's Closet or other similar second hand stores. They only accept current and up-to-date fashions so you will definitely be able to find what you are looking for! I plan on having different and unique outfits each day of the festival and buying full priced items for each day would be too expensive. If you go to Plato's Closet you will find items 50%-70% off what they would be on the shelves of Forever 21. This way you can buy more for a lower price!
