Wow, has MTV changed over time. From starting out with just premiering music videos to airing some of greatest reality TV shows of our time, MTV is a legend. I know how much we all love "Teen Wolf," "Awkward," "Catfish: The TV Show," "Teen Mom" etc., but do you remember some of the classics? Here are some of your old, favorite MTV shows you probably forgot about.

1. "Parental Control"

The show when mom and dad don't like their child's significant other and they get to find them a new one.

2. "My Super Sweet 16"

The show that had the biggest 16-year-old brats on television. Matter of fact, the only teenagers you saw were those that complaint when they get a Honda instead of a BMW for their 16th Birthday.

3. "The Osbournes"

Before the Kardashians, was America's favorite family, The Osbourne's. This show followed around Ozzy, Sharon and their two children Jack and Kelly.

4. "Pimp My Ride"

Hosted by rapper Xzibit, who fixed cars in not so good condition and made them brand spanking new.

5. "Next"

The dating game show that brought the contestant on blind dates. The contestant could say "next" at any time he or she wanted to end the date. I am sure some of us wish we could next some of our dates in real life

.

6. "The Andy Milonokis Show"

The world's favorite "sketch comedy" show that took place in Manhattan. I die laughing remembering how funny Andy Milonakis was.

7. "The Hills"

This hit show starred California girls Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, and their friends living their unwritten lives.

8. A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila.

The bi-sexual dating game show starring American model, actress and singer, Tila Tequlia. This show aired for like 3 seasons, I guess Tila Tequila could never find her shot at love.

9. Jersey Shore.

The ever so famous hit series with your favorite guidos and gudiettes taking over the Jersey Shore.

I'm going to the Jersey Shore, b**ch!

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
