You make the gym a priority, so skipping your next gym session is only acceptable if you have the perfect excuses.
1. You ate a salad today.
A salad is basically nothing; what is there to even burn off?
2. It’s raining.
Or cold out. Forget the fact that the gym is indoors and you have a car to get there, walking in and out may be too much in this awful weather.
3. You already walked to two classes today.
Both were basically a mile away. There’s your cardio!
4. It’s the weekend.
You should be relaxing, not working out!
5. It’s a weekday.
You have a lot to do this week; you probably don’t have time for the gym.
6. You went yesterday.
Or the day before, or a week ago. Either way, you’re still recovering from your last workout.
7. You’re hungry
Walking to the kitchen must count for physical activity. Plus, you can’t go to the gym on an empty stomach and risk feeling weak.
8. You plan on going tomorrow.
Missing one (or five) days doesn’t matter that much, right?
