The Disney Company is easily one of the most successful companies in the entire world. From parks to movies and shows, everyone has heard of Disney in some type of way. However, some are considered DA's, aka Disney Addicts. These are people that are completely obsessed with all things Disney. They have collected a bunch of items, own a wardrobe filled with character shirts, and can recite every song from any movie the company has produced.

If you're like me and you find yourself fitting into this category, then you will definitely understand this list:

1. You cry... A lot.

Just the vacation planning commercial or the sweet parts of a movie can make you cry like a baby. And the tears are never because you are sad, unless you're crying about someone who is in one of the Disney Parks while you're bundled in your winter coat going to work. You tell yourself you won't cry, but a few minutes later you're wondering how you're going to clean the puddle of tears on your bedroom floor. It happens, trust me.

2. You notice minor changes to the parks.

Did POP Century paint that left wall on the third floor a new shade of blue? Did they re-record the voices on the transportation buses? Did they plant a new tree in the hub of the Magic Kingdom? These are all questions that cross your mind if you are Disney obsessed. You will find yourself intently studying things that most people overlook. This includes finding every Hidden Mickey possible. Props to you if you have the books that give a guide on how to find them. Oh, and for the record, the recordings on the buses DID change!

3. Fireworks and parades = goosebumps.

R.I.P Wishes, you will be missed. The amount of shows, fireworks displays, and parades that the Disney parks hold in one day is unbelievable. The graphics are crazy and the technology is amazing. If you love Disney like I do, as soon as the parade music begins or the fireworks announcement plays, you automatically break out in a crazy case of goosebumps. Sometimes you even ask how one colored flare could make the hair on your arms stand as if it were freezing cold. But, it happens.

4. You know every fact.

Any time someone says anything about a ride, character, or secret, you can finish their sentence before they even get it out. You might even have countless books about little known facts or hidden things you can find. If the word "Disney" comes up in a conversation, you join it right away.

5. No map needed!

Whenever you go to any of the parks, you always watch as other people run to grab the map. Walking around and seeing people stopped dead center of the path makes for a good chuckle. After all, last time YOU needed a map was when you were ten.

6. Sing-A-Longs.

King and Queen of Pop ain't got nothing on you. If you hear a Disney tune then right away you belt out in song and dance. Everyone usually knows to clear the dance floor and make way for you. Be careful not to hurt anyone or break anything!

7. Disney in your home.

Mickey Mouse alarm clocks? Minnie Mouse cooking sets? A Little Mermaid shower curtain? If you have any of those in your house, you definitely love Disney. My house is filled with collectible pins and Vinylmations along with a bunch of decorations here and there. There might have even been Disney in your wedding for some of you! Even if you have painted your walls purposely using Disney brand paint, it still counts. Embrace it, people!

8. Vacation planning.

Every single time family vacation time comes around, your suggestion is always one of the Disney resorts. It doesn't matter if you're the one planning or one of the guests, you always have Disney as your priority spot. You also tend to reminisce on past trips, causing you to spontaneously plan a trip that won't be followed through. Sometimes, it's the thought that fulfills the craving to go.

If you or someone you know suffers from any of these things listed above, contact your nearest travel agent and get yourself to Disney.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
