Family is everything!

All I ever know is family. Family is there for you whenever you need them. I am very grateful for my big family. I have four sisters and two brothers. Both of my parents also come from a big family. All I ever dream about is having a big family like the one I grew up with. There are days when your family may annoy you, but you still love them no matter what. How do you know when someone comes from a big family? There are many signs when you grow up with a big family.

1. You eat super fast.

Everyone knows when you grow up in a big family, you need to learn how to eat fast. You can't take your time when it comes to dinner because there won't be any food left. You learn how to eat super fast real quick. It's a habit that stays with you even when you're eating with your friends.

2. You're never alone.

You are never alone when you live with a big family. Everywhere you go someone else is there, too. The only time you can be truly alone is when you're in the bathroom. Never being alone is not a bad thing at all. You always have someone there. It's strange when you go somewhere and you're by yourself because you're by yourself.

3. You can form a baseball team.

You know your family is big when you can form a complete baseball team with all nine positions filled. Forming a baseball team can come in handy if you have family reunions and play games. This is one joke you hear from everyone when you have a big family.

4. You take up a whole pew at church.

You know you come from a big family when the whole church pew is full with your family. This can be very hard when it's a holiday and a lot of people go to church because you need a lot of seats.

5. You can never find your clothes.

Coming from a big family means a lot of closets and clothes. This can be a very good thing because it means more clothes and shoes for you. It can also be a very bad thing when you're missing clothes because one of your siblings decided to take it without your permission, which happens a lot.

6. You have the biggest cheering section.

A big family means a big cheering section. Your family is the loudest and biggest in the crowd. They are there every time supporting you in what you do. They're more annoying depending on how loud they are, but you know it's out of love.

7. There is always a line for the bathroom.

You know you come from a big family when there is always a line for the bathroom. No matter if you have one or two bathrooms, there will always be a line. This is a big issue when it comes to the mornings. You have many people who need to use the bathroom for many different reasons and they all have to leave on time, too. It can be a challenge but you learn to cope with it real fast.

8. Everyone knows you at school.

Everyone at school knows your last name. Your last name becomes your identity, especially in high school when you grow up in a big family. Everyone knows who you are and who your siblings are. Depending on how good your siblings are in school can determine if this is good or bad. People you don't even know say "hello" and talk to you about your family.

If you have a big family, you know the signs. Many people don't quite understand how growing up with a big family is. Growing up with a big family has shaped me into the person I am today. I can honestly say that I learned a lot about patience, love, support and family.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
