If you've seen any episodes of the TV series "Gossip Girl," I'll bet that Blair Waldorf is one of your favorite characters. There's no way girls all over haven't at least once related to her or wanted to be her. From her incredible fashion sense to her insane level of self-confidence, there's plenty of reasons viewers all over the world have fallen in love with Blair Waldorf.
1. Her facial expressions are priceless. You can always tell how Queen B feels about a situation by just looking at her face. Not to mention, she still looks adorable when doing all of them.
2. She's best friends with Serena Vanderwoodsen. The two are literally a dynamic duo. Although they've had some major ups and downs like any female friendship, they always remembered that their love for each other was most important. Everyone needs a friendship like theirs.
3. She always manages to look fabulous, and doesn't mind letting you know she feels it, too. Whether it be a flashy outfit or beautifully done makeup, Blair kills it every time. Teach me your ways, B.
4. She keeps it real. Blair is never fake. She doesn't feel obligated to be nice to everyone. Blair is one of the realest people you could ever come across. She will be painfully honest with you and she doesn't care if she hurts your feelings. Hey, at least she's talking to you, right?
5. Chuck Bass is completely in love with her. Come on, now. Chuck. Bass. He's gorgeous; he's rich; and he put aside his cheating ways for Blair. Though the on-again-off-again relationship ruined many tissues while I was watching the series, it only made me want to find my own Chuck Bass. Which reminds me, I am now taking applications.
6. She understands that shopping can almost always make your day better. Of course, she has way more money to blow on random things than most of us do. Nonetheless, we all can relate to the feeling we get when we buy a new pair of shoes. If I ever wanted to go on a level Blair shopping trip, though, I'd probably have to create a GoFundMe account. I can see the title now... "Basic White Girl Trying to be Blair Waldorf."
7. She made you feel better about your loser ex-boyfriend without even trying to. Blair knows her worth and she made sure that everyone close to her knew their worth as well. She gave Serena boy advice numerous times and never allowed her feel inferior to anyone else. That's what a true friend does. Oh, Blair. You are so full of wisdom.
8. She has an incredible work ethic. I'm obviously not talking about a real job, because she is fabulous and rich and doesn't need a real job. The kind of work ethic Blair has is one that allows her to always get what she wants. She doesn't sit back and wait for things to happen. She wants Chuck Bass? She goes after Chuck Bass. She wants to ruin your life? She takes the necessary steps to do so. Blair takes initiative, and that is a lesson we all could learn.
