Sometimes we simply need to be reminded that we can do this thing called "life" and we will be awesome at doing so! Here are 8 positive quotes that can help remind you of this in case you are struggling.

1. "Start by doing what is necessary; then do what is possible; suddenly you are doing the impossible."

More often than not when we sit down to look at what we have going on, it can be overwhelming. For me, I write lists. That way each time I accomplish one thing, no matter how small, I still get the wonderful feeling of accomplishment.

2. "Don't wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect."

Perception is reality. If you wake up and say: "Today is going to be great perfect!" It will be. At that point, you are conquering whatever lies ahead. No matter what happens, as long as, you keep that mentality it will be perfect.

3. "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain."

One of my personal favorites! If you are having a rough go of it, try to make the best of the situation. This isn't always the easiest thing to do and I have had some situations in life where it seems near impossible, but I promise you can always find a way to put a positive spin on any given situation! Since this is one of my favorites and I could not decide between these two graphics, you get two for this one.

I don't know about you, but Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) always makes me crack a smile!

4. "Remind yourself: It is OK not to be perfect."

Sometimes we want so bad to portray this image of perfection, that if we make a mistake we beat ourselves up about it. I personally have a bad habit of internalizing my mistakes. IT IS OK to make mistakes, we are only human after all. If you are a dog, well you probably aren't reading this, but it's, even MORE, acceptable for you to make mistakes, you don't have the self-consciousness we do as humans.

5. "If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy."

Try not to worry about the latest toy or car that is coming out, instead focus on the richness of your life that is not material: your loved ones, lending a helping hand, laughter, nature and all its beauty. All of these things make my life rich.

6. "Sometimes when things are falling apart, they may actually be falling into place."

When things do not initially work out the way you may want them to, this very often ends up opening the door to a better opportunity. We may not understand why that thing did not work out at the time, but we must remain positive so we do not miss when our next opportunity presents itself. Don't be like Phoebe by being a negative Nancy and missing out on the opportunity for a "so happy we jump" hug!

7. "Enjoy life today, because yesterday is gone and tomorrow is never promised"

Try not to spend time dwelling on yesterday's transgressions or look too far towards the future, live for today. Breathe in the beautiful springtime air, each day is a gift!

8. "Just be yourself, life is too short to be someone else"

If possible, try to not worry about what everyone else thinks. I know this is easier said than done, but you can try! I am weird and goofy all the time, I try to embrace it. Being "normal" is boring to me anyway. But at the end of the day, if people don't like you for you, forget em'! Don't ever let people make you feel bad about who you are.

You are awesome!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
