Twitter is a staple on smartphones for pretty much every age. Twitter is great for looking at articles of things going on, following your friends, following celebs, and following funny accounts. I love going on twitter mainly for the funny accounts. Whenever I’m feeling low I can go to these accounts and laugh for hours. Here, I’ll tell you about some of my favorite accounts and why. If you are interested in the account I talk about, just click the bold name of the account and it will take you right to the page!

Male Thoughts - @Stevestfler

This account always has really funny memes. Don’t be discouraged by the name of the account…I’m a female and I go on this account all the time. Here are some of my favorite tweets from this account.

Ryan Reynolds – @VancityReynolds

Yes, you read that right. Ryan Reynolds…the actor behind Deadpool. Ryan tweets the funniest things about his kids. I can’t help but go through his tweets and retweet multiple of them at a time. He also will respond to people who tweet him really weird things with some really funny answers.

So Sad Today - @Sosadtoday

This account sounds sad…but it really isn’t. It has a ton of dark humor and very relatable content for the average teen/young adult. Okay, some of the stuff isn’t the happiest…but most of it is pretty good. I think that it is so funny because it is so relatable.

A Chicken Nugget - @Chickennugsss

Okay…Yes….this account is a chicken nugget. Not literally, of course, but if it was a real chicken nugget running the account I would be super impressed. This account just has a bunch of tweets about chicken nuggets and I personally find it hilarious.

Common White Girl - @Girlposts

This is another account that you can’t just pay attention to the name. This account tweets funny memes and videos as well as relatable things. I love this account. Most of my retweets come from this account.

Sincerely Tumblr - @Sincerelytumblr

This account takes some of the funniest posts from Tumblr and tweets them. They also tweet random funny things, so it isn’t all just pictures. I don’t know where they stumble upon these posts from forever ago on Tumblr, but I appreciate it a lot.

Gabbie - @Thegabbieshow

Gabbie is a Youtuber who tweets all the time. She is super relatable and fun to follow. I know this article is talking about funny Twitter accounts…but you should subscribe to her on Youtube. Her content is hilarious.

Puns - @Omgthatspunny

This account definitely has a bunch of punny posts, but it also has stuff from Tumblr. Granted, most of the posts from Tumblr are super punny. If you have a punny sense of humor, this one is for you!

These accounts are just SOME of the hilarious accounts on Twitter. I recommend checking them all out and following them for some daily humor!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines.
