The end of summer is coming near. Most of my friends are beginning to move back within the next few weeks, and I will be moving in three weeks. It is crazy to think that what seemed like what would be one of the longest summers, ever, is quickly coming to a close. Here are some thoughts we probably all share about this upsetting time with our great friends, The Kardashians, to perfectly portray them.
1. I still have not finished my Summer 2015 bucket list.
These next few weeks will be full of trying to do entirely too many activities to try and finish that beloved bucket list we all created, physically or mentally, back in May.
2. How am I supposed to pack when I still haven’t unpacked?
Let's be real, you most likely still have your clothes in boxes and maybe some still unwashed from when you moved out. It is okay, just pack those suckers right back up to clutter up your college closet, instead.

3. I do not want to do any work, or think, or study.
4. I am kind of excited to see all my friends and to catch up after the long break!
After a (maybe needed) break apart, you get to reunite with the ones who share your room even though they do not actually live there.
5. I am going to be so broke.
Go ahead and start budgeting, now -- in other words, buying Walmart’s entire stock of ramen.
6. I am going to miss my friends at home.
Now that you have rekindled the friendships, maybe this is the semester to try hard to make an effort to go see them and be more involved in their college lives.
7. I have got to get my back to school wardrobe.
Back to school shopping is both one of the best and worst times of the year. Stressing about that perfect first day outfit has been a yearly issue since kindergarten. Luckily, you always manage to find the perfect one.
In the dog days of summer there are both positive and negative thoughts about the beginning of a new school year. The bad news is that it will come regardless of whether you want it to. The good news is that it will probably be an amazing year, so get excited!
