7 Things I Miss About Camp Sonshine

7 Things I Miss About Camp Sonshine

1. The Campers

No one has or ever will be more honest with me than the kids. Through them, I learned so much about myself. They were truly a blessing. They really are the best kids I've ever worked with.

2. The Other Counselors ( A-team- Ropes Squad)

This past summer I gained so many brothers and sisters. I gained life-long friendships and most importantly a great family. The counselors I worked with are by far some of the sweetest people someone could ever come across. I just really miss them.

3. Refuel (Wednesday worship)

No other worship service will start off with the whip and end in tears.

4. My home away from home

Stateside, Best Side! Moving into a house full of introverts as and extrovert was the best thing I've ever done. I made some of my best friends from camp in that house.

5. The Camp T-shirt

The hardest decision I had to make was deciding what color Nike shorts to wear, or if I should wear my Large blue shirt or medium because either way I was bound to get in trouble if Jen couldn't see my shorts.

6. The sandwiches

OK I'm totally kidding, I hate sandwiches now.

7. Nick Matrone

Because ordering ice cream will never be the same.
