7 Signs You Like Him Too Much

Don't worry, you're not crazy.

7 Signs You Like Him Too Much

Every girl goes through the same phase of liking a guy, as much as we hate to admit it. Between the frustrating guessing games of "does he like me?" or "should I play hard to get?", it's easy to get disheartened about relationships. The good news is you're not alone, and these @ButLikeMaybe cartoons may speak straight to your soul.

1. You check when he was last active on Facebook and his recent Twitter favorites.

Then, you recheck the Instagram Following Newsfeed to see if he's liked any pictures. Lastly, you check Snapchat stories and think about possibly sending a “mass snapchat” to him see if he opens it and responds.

2. You know his schedule. In high school/college you know when and where he will be walking by.

“Oh after 9:45 a.mm on Tuesdays after English class he walks to the water fountain on the third floor.” *Notes to self: walk by there slowly and look cute. Hopefully, he will notice and at least wave to me!*

3. You stalked him so hard on social media that you ended up on his ex-girlfriend’s best friend’s friend’s sister’s cousin’s babysitter’s brother that is actually on his basketball team.

While scrolling through the pictures to see the tag you accidentally double tap and like the picture. OMG! OMG! OMG! Unlike it! I hope that guy didn't get the notification and ends up noticing I know "him" and says something to "him!"

4. You say you're going to the same places or that you're into the same things just to make a connection and have a conversation.

Oh, he’s going to school in New York? Michigan? Florida? Oh, same! I applied to those schools too! Sucha small world!

5. All you think about is him.

You think about how your name will sound with his last name and how you would eventually meet his parents. You start to know and remember every little detail about him.

6. You drunk text or snapchat him, and if he doesn't answer you “accidentally” butt dial him with the hopes of the infamous “you called?” text.

Worse comes to worse, he doesn't say anything, and you wake up the next morning and realize the damage you've done and just pretend it never happened.

It's OK, we've all been there.

7. You realize you became more of a fangirl than a potential girlfriend.

Whoops, my dreams and imaginary situations I made up with got in the way of reality.

Maybe next time.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
