Most people are scared to take a leap of faith; use a little push and spoonful of courage to do something that intimidates them. I am a believer that there are at least 7 positive aspects that can come from having a little faith and taking that scary leap. I hope next time you come across a point in your life, you realize that you'll regret letting it slip away rather than taking a little jump and having the courage to take one whatever outcome it brings.
1. God is on your side.
I am a witness to God's grace and although it does not always seem to be there and He does not seem to help us all the time, He is behind the scenes and helping us more than we realize.
2. If you fail, it’s a lesson learned.
I grew up hearing the phrase "Burnt hand learns best". As inconvenient it may be, sometimes the most valuable lessons learned are from mistakes made. If you have a little courage and work towards something you want, even if it does not have the outcome you prefer a valuable lesson can still come out of it.
3. You could succeed.
The obvious reason to work towards a big goal and have some faith is because you could be successful and accomplish your want.
4. Better yourself for next time.
With lessons learned are goals achieved, those can both be used to better yourself in many ways and help make you the best you can be.
5. Learn something new.
From the experiences made you can learn something new about others, yourself, or the situation, that can better how you go about situations later in life or help you with having more confidence in the future.
6. It can lead to future breakthroughs in your life.
You never know what that leap could lead to. It could be a strong friendship, a future love, greater goals and accomplishments built up from the first dive into action and life.
7. You will not regret taking that leap of faith.
One of the biggest pieces of advice those who are close to being done with life have for young people is the regret of not trying something new that scared them. To just have a little faith and take a lesson or accomplishment and have some courage to do what is intimidating or scary.
