We're all as human as human can get--we make mistakes; we fail and we fall; we think that we'll only ever see adversity and overall crappy days, but that's just us being human. And sometimes we forget that those are the typical experiences that come with being a human because we're often busy being extraordinary, and as super human as 10 cups of coffee and not enough sleep will allow us. Enter the inspirational part of this article. Any human being who has been through hardship or has felt something toward it might definitely find inspiration in these pretty tattoos.

1. A paper airplane.

The only thing constant about change is that there will always be change, much like the course a paper airplane takes when it's launched. Don't think that your current situation is set in stone--you never know where the wind might take you.

2. For the bookworms and writers.

You've really only just begun your story and it's nowhere near over. The semicolon is really symbolic of that idea. Remember that there are still so many experiences that can come out of your life.

3. Learn how to move forward.

Holding grudges is a lot of hard work, and it really takes a lot of energy to act in spite of something someone did to you that you didn't necessarily like. Sometimes, you need to learn when to move on and let the past stay in the past. Don't dwell on something for many years to come, but rather learn from the experience.

4. Because life really is.

If you could sum up life into just one universal word, it'd probably be this one. There will always be some sort of journey or exploration--be it really good or really bad.

5. Because sh*t happens.

It doesn't make you special because you had one bad day. Everyone has bad days and bad experiences, and realizing that no matter what there will be more days can really make a huge difference in all the experiences you have. Even if you're standing still, if you're squandering your time, if you're telling yourself you don't want to take the reins, life goes on with or without you.

6. Powerful things can come in small packages.

And if you don't believe me, just look at the phone that's sitting in the palm of your hands. I also look at this symbol as a way of signifying not just power, but also control--having control of your own life.

7. Simple but strong.

Just like a real warrior!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
