Seven Cartoons You Might See At A Frat Party

We all know what type of people you see at a frat party. There is your typical frat star, an occasional emotional sorority girl, a stoner, and everything in between, but what would the party be like if those people were cartoon characters? I know, your childhood is pretty much ruined at this point, and I’m sorry, but it is actually pretty funny if you think of it. Here’s what I came up with.

The Stoner (Crush)

Need I say more? It's clear that Crush, from Finding Nemo, fits the description of a stoner. He iss mellow and laid back, and seems to be like the guy who studies psychology. He is lyrical and extremely analytical. He sees the good in everything, and is just an all around friendly guy.

The Explorer (Dora)

You all know my girl, Dora, the explorer. This type of girl is the kind who doesn't let anything phase her. She is always down to try new things and go out to different parties. She goes through extreme measures to get to frat row and, somehow, despite her wild actions she seems to make it across the suspension bridge and back to her dorm room, safe and sound. She is not afraid of the dangers out in the college town because inside her backpack, she has all she needs to keep lurkers away.

Stereotypical Sorority Girl (Elsa)

We all know at least one sorority girl who seems to be in way over her head. She thinks she is the best and will do anything to get what she wants. She is flawless and knows it. When something pisses her off, you better be careful because she is the type to storm out of control and destroy anything that gets in her way. She just will not let it go, even though she claims that she is 50 shades of done. She has no limits, and will do as she wishes. She is cold hearted and will turn you down right before she walks into any party. This type of girl is totally Elsa from Frozen

The Muncher (Patrick Star)

Food is on his mind before, during and after the party. You can catch him at table where all the snacks and drinks are, almost as much as you see Patrick munching in a Krabby Patty. He's always planning the trip to Trujillos or Panchos after every social event.

Risk Taker (Nemo)

On a scale of one to Nemo, how down are you to touch "the butt?" This seems to remind me of a lot of guys in my fraternity. It is just a bro thing to do. As a fraternity man, you take risks in all spectrums of life. You better not make a bet, or tell him he's "not down" to do something because he will prove you wrong by doing it, and doing it more extreme than you thought. Don't think this frat star will finish that handle? Think again -- you are talking to the risk taker!

Twerk Team! (Pocahontas)

Pocahontas looks like the type to twerk, right? I am sure she, and the rest of the Disney princesses, have their own team set, but when they are on their own at a party, they will pretend like they are the team. All night long, you can find her on the dance floor, twerking to any song that plays.

Bro, that's dope!

What better way to explain that lovable drunk guy, than by comparing him to Dopey from Snow White? Think about it. When you walk into a party, there is always that one guy who yells at you from across the room just to greet you. When you are around him, you can't help but laugh at all the nonsense he is doing. He is a kid at heart, and just likes to have a great time all the time. Although his actions sometimes annoy the rest of the crew, he always seems to be the more popular or lovable frat star.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
